Chief Strategy Officer

Fjoralba Koci is Head of Strategy Management and Execution Office at Renantis. The area covers Strategy, Integration Management, Program Management and Regulatory Affairs.

Fjoralba joined Renantis in 2019 as Head of Market Analysis focusing on revenue strategy, profitability analysis, modelling and long-term pricing. After two years, she became Head of Business Intelligence and Strategic planning responsible for ensuring the organic and strategic consistency of the Business Development and M&A, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and Energy Management Strategy, as well as the financial targets.

In parallel, she supported the CEO in the elaboration of the Group Industrial Plan. In 2022, when the company ownership changed, she led the integration process.

Before joining Renantis, Fjoralba led regulatory, corporate strategy and M&A projects for large energy companies, investment funds and governments across Europe and the US for AFRY Management Consulting (formerly Pöyry), a leader in the energy advisory sector.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Bocconi University in Milan, and Strategy and International Management from University of St.Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.
